Terms of Service

Provider memberships publish an approved clinician profile in the Thrive Everywhere directory. Approval is required before a provider can purchase a listing.

Paid listings renew monthly or annually at the price shown during checkout. Any valid promotion is applied by Stripe before confirmation. Providers may update payment details or cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless Stripe states otherwise.

A listing may be removed when a subscription ends, payment remains unpaid, or the provider no longer meets directory requirements. Complimentary listings do not require a paid subscription and may be changed by Thrive Everywhere.

Providers are responsible for keeping profile and licensure information accurate. Directory placement does not constitute medical advice or a guarantee of patient referrals.
